Timings & Custom Values
Timings
Timings are named time markers or durations that you track across performances (e.g. "House Open", "Act 1", "Interval").
Creating a timing definition
- Go to the show's Timings settings.
- Click Add Timing.
- Enter a name and choose whether it's a time (clock time) or duration.
- Click Create.
Recording timing values
- Open a report and go to a performance.
- For each timing, enter the actual value (e.g. "19:32" or "45m").
- Use the Now button to stamp the current time with one click.
To stop accidental taps, turn on Confirm "Now" Timings in the show's Preferences. Each Now button then asks before it sets the time. It's off by default.
Editing or deleting timings
- Edit timing definitions from the Timings settings page.
- Delete a timing to remove it from all future reports (historical data is kept).
Custom Values
Custom values are user-defined fields that appear on reports or performances — flexible enough for anything not covered by built-in fields.
Creating a custom value
- Go to Settings → Custom Values.
- Click Add Custom Value.
- Enter a name, choose whether it appears at the report level or performance level.
- Click Create.
Filling in custom values
- Open a report (or performance, depending on the definition).
- Find the custom value field and enter the data.
Exporting custom values
- Go to Settings → Custom Values.
- Click Export CSV to download historical values across all reports.
