Reports

Creating a report

  1. Open the show and go to Reports.
  2. Click New Report.
  3. Select a date. If the show has a performance schedule set, performances are automatically created for that date.
  4. Click Create.

Note: By default, only one report per day is allowed. This can be changed in show settings (see "Allow multiple reports per day").

Opening and editing a report

  1. Click on a report from the list to open it.
  2. You'll see sections organised by department, with report items inside each.

Renaming a report

  1. Open the report and click the report title or the rename button.
  2. Enter the new name and save.

Deleting a report

  1. Open the report and click Delete Report.
  2. Confirm the action.

Role required: Manager or Owner.

Report Items

Report items are the individual entries within a report — notes, updates, or issues logged by department.

Adding a report item

  1. Open a report.
  2. Navigate to the section where you want to add an item.
  3. Click Add Item (or the + button).
  4. Type your content. You can:
    • Assign it to a department and section
    • Scope it to a specific performance
    • Mark it as critical (highlighted in red)
  5. Click Save.

Editing a report item

  1. Click on the item to open it for editing.
  2. Make your changes and save.

Note: Authors can always edit their own items. Editors and above can edit any item.

Reordering report items

  1. Drag items within a section to reorder them, or use the arrow controls.

Moving a report item to another section

  1. Open the item's options menu.
  2. Select Move to… and choose the target department/section.

Deleting a report item

  1. Click Delete on the item and confirm.

Max length

Report items have a maximum character length to keep reports concise and readable.
