Departments
Creating a department
- Open the show and go to Departments.
- Click Add Department.
- Enter a name, choose an icon (from the 39 available icons), and pick a colour.
- Click Create.
Limit: Up to 10 departments per show.
Editing a department
- Go to Departments and click on the department you want to edit.
- Change the name, icon, or colour.
- Click Save.
Reordering departments
- Go to Departments.
- Drag departments into the desired order, or use the up/down arrow buttons.
Deleting a department
- Go to Departments and click on the department.
- Click Delete Department and confirm.
Warning: Deleting a department removes all its sections and unlinks any report items associated with it.
Adding a department manager
- Go to the department's settings.
- Add a show member as a Department Manager.
- Department Managers can manage content within their department even if they're only Editors at the show level.
Sections
Sections are subdivisions within a department (e.g. "Pre-Show Checks", "Notes").
Creating a section
- Open a department.
- Click Add Section.
- Enter a name and click Create.
Renaming a section
- Click the section name or its edit button.
- Type the new name and save.
Reordering sections
- Use the drag handles or arrow buttons to move sections within a department.
Deleting a section
- Click Delete on the section and confirm.
