Departments

Creating a department

  1. Open the show and go to Departments.
  2. Click Add Department.
  3. Enter a name, choose an icon (from the 39 available icons), and pick a colour.
  4. Click Create.

Limit: Up to 10 departments per show.

Editing a department

  1. Go to Departments and click on the department you want to edit.
  2. Change the name, icon, or colour.
  3. Click Save.

Reordering departments

  1. Go to Departments.
  2. Drag departments into the desired order, or use the up/down arrow buttons.

Deleting a department

  1. Go to Departments and click on the department.
  2. Click Delete Department and confirm.

Warning: Deleting a department removes all its sections and unlinks any report items associated with it.

Adding a department manager

  1. Go to the department's settings.
  2. Add a show member as a Department Manager.
  3. Department Managers can manage content within their department even if they're only Editors at the show level.

Sections

Sections are subdivisions within a department (e.g. "Pre-Show Checks", "Notes").

Creating a section

  1. Open a department.
  2. Click Add Section.
  3. Enter a name and click Create.

Renaming a section

  1. Click the section name or its edit button.
  2. Type the new name and save.

Reordering sections

  1. Use the drag handles or arrow buttons to move sections within a department.

Deleting a section

  1. Click Delete on the section and confirm.
