Account Management
Creating an account
- Go to showtrak.co.uk/signup.
- Enter your name, email address, and a password.
- Accept the Terms of Service and click Sign Up.
- Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account.
Logging in
- Go to showtrak.co.uk/login.
- Enter your email and password, then click Log In.
- Alternatively, sign in with Google, Apple, or Discord using the social buttons.
Linking social accounts
- Go to Account → Profile.
- Under the social login section, click Link next to Google, Apple, or Discord.
- Complete the OAuth flow. The account is now linked and you can sign in either way.
- To unlink, click Unlink next to the provider.
Changing your password
- Go to Account → Profile.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Change Password.
Uploading a profile photo
- Go to Account → Profile.
- Click the avatar area or the Upload Photo button.
- Select an image file. Portal will resize and convert it to WebP automatically.
Resetting a forgotten password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address and submit.
- Check your inbox for a reset link. Click it and choose a new password.
Requesting your data (GDPR)
- Go to Account → Privacy.
- Click Request Data Export to download a copy of all your personal data.
